Payment Terms

These Payment Terms explain when and how you pay for products purchased through Big Dog Pet Supply websites, the customer portal, and related apps. They supplement our Terms of Service. If a written wholesale agreement conflicts with this page for an approved B2B account, that agreement controls for that account.

Retail (consumer) orders are paid at checkout. We process payments through Stripe. By placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

• Card charges are authorised when you complete payment at checkout.
• Taxes and shipping (where applicable) are calculated before you place the order.
• AutoShip renewals charge your saved payment method on the schedule you choose, at the price in effect when each recurring order is created.
• We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Approved wholesale accounts order on invoice terms (typically Net-30, or the number of days shown in your wholesale portal settings and at checkout). No card or ACH charge is required when you submit a purchase order.

• After we confirm your PO, we send an invoice to your account email. Payment is due within the Net period measured from the invoice date.
• You may pay invoices from your wholesale portal by card or ACH (U.S. bank debit). Card payments usually complete immediately; ACH typically settles in 3–5 business days.
• Late or unpaid invoices may result in overdue status, hold on new orders, or suspension of wholesale privileges.
• Minimum order value, MOQ, and pricing for your account are shown in the wholesale catalog and checkout.

By accepting payment terms at checkout or when paying an invoice, you authorise Big Dog Pet Supply (and our payment processor) to charge or debit the selected method for the stated amount. Contact support@bigdogpetsupply.com (retail) or wholesale@bigdogpetsupply.com (B2B) promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect.

We may update these Payment Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of checkout or invoice payment after changes means you accept the updated terms.
