• Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (continental U.S.).
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
• Express options available at checkout where offered.
• Orders placed before 2pm ET Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day.
• AutoShip subscribers receive priority processing on recurring orders.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our facility. Track orders anytime from your account dashboard or the link in your confirmation email.

We stand behind every formulation. If you or your companion are not satisfied with an unopened product, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Opened food items may be eligible for store credit at our discretion — contact customer care first.
• Damaged or incorrect items: we will replace at no charge; photo documentation may be requested.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
