Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of bigdogpetsupply.com, our customer portal, and our mobile app (together, the "Services"), operated by Big Dog Pet Supply ("Big Dog," "we," "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and forms part of this agreement.

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at support@bigdogpetsupply.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You may sign in with an email and password or with a third-party account such as Google or Facebook. Signing in with a third-party provider requires that provider to share a verified email address with us. You can request deletion of your account at any time—see Account & data deletion.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or availability are error-free. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before you place an order.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel an order after it is placed if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was materially incorrect, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

AutoShip places a repeat order on the schedule you choose and charges your saved payment method each time, at the price in effect on the date the order is created. You may change the schedule, skip a delivery, or cancel from your account at any time before an order is processed. Cancelling does not affect orders that have already been placed.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not store full card numbers. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. See our Payment Terms for retail checkout and wholesale Net invoice details.

Delivery estimates, return windows, and our satisfaction guarantee are set out in Shipping & Returns, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Loyalty points, referral rewards, and promotional codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined unless we say so. We may expire, adjust, or withdraw rewards obtained through error, abuse, or cancelled orders, and we may change or end these programmes with notice.

Wholesale and business accounts require approval and may be subject to separate pricing, minimum order quantities, and payment terms agreed in writing. Where a written wholesale agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the account concerned. Invoice timing and Net terms are described in our Payment Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully, or to resell products without an approved wholesale account
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services
• Scrape, copy, or reuse our content, pricing, or catalogue without written permission
• Submit false information, or use another person's payment method or account

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Feeding calculators, wellness content, and product guidance on the Services are general information only and are not veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your animal's health, diet, or medication.

The Big Dog name, logo, site design, photography, and written content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission. Content you submit, such as reviews, remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and use it in connection with the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Services or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our business or legal requirements. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept them. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you place it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Big Dog Pet Supply has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
